Cody Trolley Tours
"We purchased the inside/outside pkg for $28 each (adult) which gives you 2 full days of admission to the Buffalo Bill Historical Museum and the 1 hr Cody Trolley Tour. The cute trolleys are operated and operated by Mike and Margie Johnson. Mike does the driving and some of the narration. Margie, dressed like Annie Oakley does most of the talking while the tour is underway. You get current and historical information regarding the City of Cody and Buffalo Bill Cody, who started the town. You are taken past many historical places of interest, such as the Irma Hotel, historical homes of past residents plus various historical artifacts are passed around the trolley during the tour. The information is presented in an interesting and some times humerous fashion. Its definitely a worth while experience. When you make your reservations, you can ask to be picked up at your hotel or else at the Buffalo Bill Historical Museum. So that is a plus too....you can visit the museum and then come out shortly before they're due to arrive. Only negative things....my husband and I are tall, the leg room in the trolley was limited. Also Margie had promised we'd each get a bottle of ice water, when we got on the trolley. It seemed that they either ran out before they picked us up or else Margie simply forgot to give one to the six of us who boarded at the museum. The trolley was almost full when they picked us up, signs had been placed on seats for those of us who were boarding last. Those were the only seats available. And you get a neat magazine and some coupons when you exit. But the trolley is air conditioned. Overall, I'd say this is one attraction worth going on." - a Tripadvisor user

Buffalo Bill Historical Center
"Nicknamed the "Smithsonian of the West," this vast museum is top-drawer, casting a scholarly eye on the relics of the West's young history while offering some flash and entertainment for the easily distracted...." - a Frommers user

Red Canyon River Trips
"When I stopped over in Cody I had planned the usual tours. At the visitors center I saw a brochure for the Red Canyon Wild Mustang Tour & called the #. A tour was leaving within the hour & I signed up. It was the best move I made. Ken was very knowledgeable about the mustangs. It took us awhile to find them but when we did we were mesmerized. They were so beautiful. He knew them by name & their personalities. After some time we moved on & saw a group running with dust flying & it just reminded me of the wild west and the reason I came out to Wyoming. To experience this part of the country." - a Tripadvisor user
