  2. Travler's Motel
"We have stayed at The Travelers Motel in Kimball S.D. right on I 90 for the past 3 years going and coming from Sturgis Rally Week and they are some of the finest folks you will ever find in this world. I kind of hate to recommend them because we might not get to stay there this year if you all get there first. Duane and Shirley are real fine folks and their help is the best I ever seen and we are Bikers too. They really are the best. They kind of like us Bikers I guess because we clean up after our selves. We are not a bunch of kids at the beach. Matter of fact we have been real fortunate because we have received the same rooms each year by chance. Try them out, you will not be sorry. Nice little town there too with all you would want, eats, Gas, Car Wash, and a steak House up town too. Give them a call and check them out. (---)" - a Tripadvisor user

THINGS TO DO

  1. Akta Lakota Museum
"The St. Joseph's Indian School is a boarding school that serves Native American youth from around the state of South Dakota. The Akta Lakota Museum is on the school's campus. The Museum focuses on Native American culture and arts and has a fine gift shop. The outside of the museum is adorned with portraits of historical Lakota (Sioux) leaders. Also on the campus is the school's chapel, with Native American themed stained glass windows. Also, a spectacular Native Christ hanging by SD artist Oscar Howe hands above the altar." - a Tripadvisor user
