A Chilly Afternoon at Juliennes(04/22/05)
We had to eat outside on a very chilly day. They have heaters but our table was not near one of them. Also, people passing on the sidewalk come very close to our table. The wait was about 45 minutes - would have been much longer for an indoor table....
