Most awful experience

Arrived on Wednesday, July 20 evening. It was very hot, so we put the air conditioner on High cool. Around 1:30 AM, we were sweating. Checked the air and hardly anything was blowing out. Called front desk, their response was turn it off for 30 minutes, we have been having problems with it freezing...
