Estates at Turtle Bay (The)
"We stayed at the Turtle Bay for 3 nights in August. It was a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular. The people were very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. I can't really complain about anything if you can tell....except that we locked our safe one night and forgot the combination (how can you expect me to remember anything when on vacation??). The people were great though and came up right away to help us unlock the safe. The pool is very nice and clean. There is also a very nice beach to relax on. Very close to the North Shore beaches and some great roadside stands selling wonderful produce!" - a Virtualtourist user
THINGS TO DO
-
Polynesian Cultural Center
"...hands-on museum of the Polynesian culture run by the Mormon Church and featuring island villages with educational demonstrations...high-diving performances providing fun for the whole family..." - a Zagat user
-
Sunset Beach Park
"After walking a long stretch of sand, you find it goes down to the ocean and see some awesome waves in the winter (and even the summer). Fantastic surfing, body boarding, and goofing around... not too crowded" - a Yahoo user
-
USS Bowfin Submarine Museum Park
"I didn't know what to expect when we boarded, but I was pleasantly surprised. You get to see so much of the sub in such a short walk. My girlfriend, who isn't interested in military or history, loved it. Great for everyone to see exactly how our men live while serving on a sub." - a Tripadvisor user
