OUR TAKE ON DUNDEE
The railroad put the small town of Dundee, Florida on the map in 1912, bringing passengers down from the Midwest, and still it still remains a beautiful place to visit today. With its laid back approach to living, Dundee, Florida is a breath of fresh air for those trying to escape the bustling city craze. Dundee, Florida is a quiet alternative to larger touristy destinations, but is still close for convenient commutes to attractions. Being located in Central Florida, one can travel to the Atlantic coast or Gulf coast in 90 minutes. After a trip back from the coast, visit one of the handfuls of charming places to eat in Dundee. For family fun we suggest the Out Front Barby Grille and for perfect pizza every time, try Dundee Pizza. For a quiet night’s rest check out one of Dundee’s lodging options. For a clean room at a great price we suggest Quality Inn Cypress Gardens or the Days Inn.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club
"Situated on Hwy 27th there is easy acces to I-4 and all the attractions without the hassel of heavy traffic. Less than 20 minutes to Disney (real time..not middle of the night in low season!) The homes are built around a magnificent golf course rated in the top 100 of US golf courses. HARLEQUIN VILLA was a dream Homes are of a very high standard not all overlook the golf course." - a Yahoo user

Cypresswood Golf & Country Club
"This was a difficult course. There was water on many different holes. The par threes were also difficult. The only problem with course is that the fairways look more like clay than they do a nice a green fairway. The fairways need to be better taken care of. The greens are nice though. I would recommend this course. Play after noon though, it is 15 dollars cheaper and it is not as crowded." - a Yahoo user
